Main Page Features

The main page serves to draw a potential client into the site to explore the many facets of your company but most importantly to search for their new home.

1. Advanced Search Functionality

The search functionality is positioned at the top of the page for maximum usability. It features a custom set of search options based on client demands and includes a dynamic property counter that changes as the search criteria changes. There is room for advanced options via the “more options” button which allows the search window to expand to show more criteria. All fields including neighborhoods and cities auto-populate with relevant information as a user types.

2. User Dashboard

Once a user has registered, they have the ability to save properties for easy access as well as searches that will email users any updated homes that match their saved criteria. This information is very easily see via the user dashboard prominent on every screen on the right side.

3. Featured Image Slider

The main page features a dynamic image slider that allows images and text to draw focus to clients target areas. The imagery animates and fades in and out from slide to slide.

4. Featured Areas

Prominent on the main page are a selection of clients target areas. This includes an image and text that links to a page created for its respective area. This helps users know what areas you target as well as good Search Engine Optimization.
